Gentle Chair Yoga with Emma Followes RMT, CDT __________________________________ February 7, 2024 | 2:15 pm EST (1 hr) Available ONLINE or IN-PERSON This chair yoga class will include a combination of self-massage, deep breathing, movement of the larger muscle groups (both upper and lower body) to get the lymphatic system pumping, some balance work with or without the assistance of the chair, and closing with some stretching and breath work.
