Professional Member: Therapist (with listing) - $200.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: February 1st No automatically recurring payments Annual Professional Membership with CDT Listing Includes:
- Listing on our website directory listing and on our website directory map
- Referrals to patients who contact us through our call/email helplines

Requirements: All therapists must provide proof of their CDT certification from a LANA approved school where they received a minimum of 135 hours of post graduate training in lymphedema in order to be listed by the LAO.

Corporate (with listing) - $250.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: February 1st No automatically recurring payments Annual Corporate Membership Dues Includes:
- Listing your company name, logo and description of your products and services on the LAO website including a link to your website.
- Listing in the LAO Resource Guide
- Referrals to patients who contact us through our call/email helplines
- TWO copies of to the quarterly Pathways magazine
