For our January meeting, we welcome guest speaker and coach Debby Pelletier from Alberta, Canada who will be sharing her vast knowledge with us on vibration plates. Deb has been a vibration plate enthusiast since 2007. She is well versed in Vertical and Pivotal movement and is a Master Certified Trainer in both. There are few brands she hasn't owned or worked with in some capacity. As an Independent Coach/Advocate, Deb now passionately supports clinics, gyms and users both at home and worldwide in both fitness & medical applications. She brings a simple, functional approach to her programs and will support any type of vibration plate in any environment.
