Assessment, Treatment, ADP Authorization, Bandaging for self management, Education for self management, Instruction of Manual Lymphatic Self massage, Insurance Prescriptions, Diagnosis, Lymphedema management education, Support group facilitated by Return to work program, Kinesio Taping Instruction, Occupational therapy for Fatigue self-management and sleep hygiene, Lymphedema Awareness e-module, Cancer Rehab and Exercise program at ELLICSR, Toronto General as well as on-line virtual programming.
Referral as appropriate to: Toronto Rehab Outpatient Therapy for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, LHIN for nurse-assisted bandaging, wound care, physiotherapy or occupational therapy, Vascular Surgeon at Toronto General for vascular conditions, Referral to Plastic Surgeon at Toronto General for microsurgical consideration in the management of lymphedema; community cancer exercise and psychosocial supports.

Referral Base: The Cancer Rehab and Survivorship Clinic is open to Princess Margaret patients who have secondary lymphedema concerns caused by cancer treatment.
